Acts 1:8, "But ye shall receive power when that the Holy Spirit is come upon you you, and you shall be my witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the Earth." The power that we receive from the Holy Spirit is two-fold. Power to be and power to do. We receive 'dunamis (dynamite power) to be His witnesses and spread His gospel message.
Dunamis also speaks of an enabling, power to do. The capacity to be his witnesses and fulfil His great commission is in the package we receive when we are filled and baptised by the Holy Spirit. I am passionate about equipping the church to reach their communities with the life-transforming power of the gospel through social, digital content and through face-to face interaction.
